I had to wait 2 weeks to receive my sim card from Yallo and once it arrived it has been now one week and still not active. The people at the call center are as arrogant to tell me that I have to be patient and then drop the call in my ear!!!

They promise every day that "today" it will be active and the same story every day!

Its been the most unfriendly and most unpleasant experience of my life!

Totally not focused on customers and I will tell everyone not to use them!

What a disappointment and they have NO clue what is going on and when it will be activated! Send 4 e-mails to the compliant center and still no one called me back!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Promotion which seems to be a hoaks.

I didn't like: Empty promise and not delivering customer service is weak.
